Some tips for Kenya-bound Survivors: Bring bug spray and brush up on Hart to Hart. Here's a cheetah sheet.

-- WILDLIFE: While there won't be any kangaroos to court, contestants could share the land with beasties like lions, elephants, leopards, and crocodiles. And forget about eating bugs -- East Africa's large population of insects carries a host of diseases (malaria, dengue, and the resurgent -- and deadly -- African sleeping sickness).

-- SHOTS: Expect sore arms before your arrival. Immunity shots for rabies, typhoid, yellow fever, and hepatitis A and B are required.

-- CUISINE: Ugali, a maize porridge, and sugarcane juice are favorites.

-- WEATHER: Though the region has mean seasons, July and August -- when Survivor is set to film -- are generally sunny and cool.

-- CELEBRITY WATTAGE: Hart's Stefanie Powers runs a popular animal reserve on Mount Kenya; look for the next Jerri to seek career advice.
