Moore's squeaky-clean 1999 hit ''Candy'' made her a Britney contender. Now this single attempts a mini-Madonna makeover. It's disturbing to hear the 17-year-old moaning ''How much for your love?'' over pumping, Indian-influenced Eurodisco. It's even worse when lyrics that dance around naughtiness (''Looking to catch it for a minute, but just to hold it, not be in it'') devolve into nonsense. C
