SHE MOVES Breaking All the Rules (Geffen) Flaunting sexy sassy cool attitude and dial-a-disco-beat heat, She Moves don't offer much innovation besides their sharp moniker. On this debut disc, the multicultural trio frequently sounds like a poor woman's Taylor Dayne -- unfortunate, since three voices should be bigger than one and ''Tell It to My Heart'' hasn't aged particularly well.
