There's little substance in two separate 150-minute audio commentaries (which can be switched on during the film) by director Robert Zemeckis (with producer Steve Starkey) and star Foster, who offers such non-insights as ''This was...a pretty thrilling moment.'' Only the wry explications of F/X supervisor Ken Ralston on yet a third audio track have any spark. The rest of this gussied-up PR is best skimmed at warp speed. The movie: B The extras: C-
