OUT TO SEA Jack Lemmon, Walter Matthau, Donald O'Connor, Elaine Stritch, Hal Linden, Rue McClanahan (1997, FoxVideo, PG-13, $106.99) The Energizer curmudgeons are at it again, this time cruising lonely rich dames at sea. Down-on-his-luck gambler Charlie (Matthau) lures widowed brother-in-law Herb (Lemmon) into a luxury-liner vacation -- then Herb discovers they're not berthing in first class but working the floor as dance escorts. The jokes are predictable but the slapstick sequences -- Herb teaching clod-footed Charlie to dance -- are vaudeville gold. Abetting the geri-antics is a hilarious crew of stellar seniors. B+
