A genuinely creepy vision of evolutionary warfare, Prey deserves a shot at finding an audience. But even though NBC is in panic mode over Seinfeld's exit, the network's Thursday lineup is still formidable. Which means that--like the previous occupant of its slot, Nothing Sacred--Prey may need to pray.
