Perhaps it's no surprise that few people shelled out seven bucks for something they could see for free on television: Hercules: The Legendary Journeys Sorbo in a kitschy sword-and-sorcery epic. But for the rental fee, Kull the Conqueror offers a few value-added attractions — delightfully schlocky effects and a bewitching turn by a red-haired Carrere as an evil, 3,000-year-old queen. And just when the movie flirts with playing it too straight, Harvey Fierstein camps it up as a pirate who throatily admires Sorbo's armor thusly: "You got nice equipment." A hoot for fans of cleavage, male and female alike. B
