KULL THE CONQUEROR Kevin Sorbo, Tia Carrere (1997, Universal, PG-13, $103.99) Perhaps it's no surprise that few people shelled out seven bucks for something they could see for free on television: ''Hercules: The Legendary Journeys''' Sorbo in a kitschy sword-and-sorcery epic. But for the rental fee, Kull offers a few value-added attractions -- delightfully schlocky effects and a bewitching turn by a red-haired Carrere as an evil, 3,000-year-old queen. And just when the movie flirts with playing it too straight, Harvey Fierstein camps it up as a pirate who throatily admires Sorbo's armor thusly: ''You got nice equipment.'' A hoot for fans of cleavage, male and female alike.
