GOOD BURGER Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell (1997, Paramount, PG, $99.99) Nickelodeon comedy duo Dexter and Ed (Thompson and Mitchell) helps the lovable Good Burger joint in its struggle against heartless behemoth Mondo Burger. Though aggressively good-natured, the movie is more frenetic than humorous. And the antics aren't made any funnier by hoopster Shaquille O'Neal as himself or Sinbad's appearance as a teacher convinced he's living in the 1970s. D+
