AN ALAN SMITHEE FILM: BURN HOLLYWOOD BURN (R) Joe Eszterhas wrote this blowhard Hollywood expose, and it plays like a Mad satire that thinks it's real. It unfurls the tale of Alan Smithee (Eric Idle), who signs on to direct a high-octane action thriller and then steals the film after the studio refuses to give him final cut. Only Eszterhas would devise an art-versus-commerce parable about trying to ''save'' a movie that's a whorish piece of trash to begin with. F
