In their heyday, these seminal English ska revivalists burned with an intensity that few of their present-day acolytes have bothered to emulate. The group's current incarnation for Guilty 'Til Proved Innocent! — minus founding mastermind Jerry Dammers and vocalist Terry Hall — lacks the original's uncompromising edge, but rhythmically skillful tunes like ''Fearful'' and ''Bonediggin''' have a thoughtful, upbeat spirit that doesn't dishonor the band's legacy. B-
