Decade of Game: Ruthless Records Tenth Anniversary Compilation

Ruthless started as the prototypical gangsta-rap label, spawning N.W.A and hip-hop legends Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and Eazy-E. Unfortunately, Decade of Game: Ruthless Records Tenth Anniversary Compilationdoesn't do justice to Ruthless' accomplishments. Instead of the songs that made history, you get lesser material, lesser artists, and inferior remixes; as such, the two unreleased Eazy-E tracks should have stayed that way. Even stranger, Ruthless' biggest new act, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, isn't represented at all. Decade of shame is more like it. C
