In Overnight Delivery, a direct-to-video road-movie riff, Rudd (Clueless) is a moony college student who's goaded by fellow student and stripper Witherspoon (Freeway) to send a poison-pen letter and nasty gift to a girlfriend he suspects is cheating on him. When it seems she isn't, the two embark on a frantic cross-country drive to beat the courier. Rudd and Witherspoon are attractive in the despise-each-other-until-they-fall-in-love roles, but their comedic charm is subverted by a script that too often aims for cheap laughs. They deserve a classier vehicle. C-
