This overview of Nicks' big un-Mac career is sprinkled with rarities (a live ''Edge of Seventeen,'' the CD debut of anything from Buckingham Nicks). But they seem to have been included mainly to distract you from the principal flaw: The quality of Nicks' solo work (increasingly gloppy and unfocused musically, lyrically, vocally) simply can't support Enchanted's three discs. And the newly recorded ''Rhiannon'' doesn't compensate for the absence of Mac tracks. All but the diehards should stick with the single-disc collection Timespace. C+
