On their expansive fifth album, Trampoline, these Nashville iconoclasts fuse a myriad of unlikely stylistic elements into a satisfying whole. The horn-laden samba of ''Dance the Night Away,'' the urgent soul strut of ''Tell Me Why,'' and the Orbisonesque balladry of ''To Be With You'' are ideal vehicles for the majestic tenor of frontman Raul Malo, whose emotional depth matches his band's skillful eclecticism.
