Like their occasional tour mates 311, this St. Louis septet specializes in stoney ska-rock juiced up with funky grooves. Jump Right In, the first single from their second album, Master of Styles, is a solid if unspectacular skank-athon featuring the requisite chicken-scratch riff, double-stop drum pattern, and punchy horn accents. In other words, it has ''summer beach anthem'' written all over it. Look for massive radio saturation. B-
