It's tempting to think of Airbag/How Am I Driving?, which tacks six unreleased songs onto album track ''Airbag,'' as a sort of OK Computer upgrade, a bonus disc of worthwhile material that didn't fit onto OK Computer. Unfortunately, it sounds more like an afterthought. True, songs like ''Pearly'' and ''A Reminder'' would be Computer compatible, but they aren't up to the album's standards. And a throwaway instrumental shouldn't excite even the most ardent fans.B
