Despite the fact that four members of Cleveland's Bone Thugs-n-Harmony appear on this album, Family Scriptures Chapter II: Family Reunion is less a sequel to the band's 1996 multi-platinum Mo Thugs Family Scriptures than a side project designed to showcase the artists signed to the band's Mo Thugs label. And wouldn't you know it, they've all got that limber-tongued, ragamuffin rap thing down cold. B
