HAWKE Namaquadisco (Sunburn) A soulful DJ bricolage from Gavin Hardkiss (of San Francisco's Sony-signed Hardkiss crew) that draws unlikely sources into its house-music impressionism. ''To the Discoteque'' imagines King Sunny Ade in Studio 54, while the ambient pop-groove equation of ''Vivos En la Muerte'' oughta make fusionists like U2 green with envy. Along with Q-Burns Abstract Message, it advances a trippy and joyous strain of American dance-floor imagineering that should give the Eurocentrics pause. B+
