On their fourth album, Grant Lee Buffalo -- being principally singer-songwriter Grant Lee Phillips -- exert more inspired song craft from the zone between pop, roots rock, and art. The single ''Truly, Truly'' has its loping, pop-hooky charm, sure, but other tracks have more creative sting, like the Lennonesque ''Change Your Tune'' and the campy honky-tonker of the title cut. B+
