HALF BAKED Dave Chappelle, Jim Breuer, Guillermo Diaz, Harland Williams (1998, Universal, R, $106.99) The filmmakers must have been stoned when they cooked up this dopey comedy, about three potheads (Chappelle, Breuer, Diaz) who start dealing to raise bail for a fourth (Williams). Sitting on your couch watching these morons sit on their couch and get wasted is like being the only straight guest at a pot party. Everyone else is laughing, and you're left wondering why. F
