LA BOUCHE SOS (RCA) Melanie Thornton and Lane McCray turn out dance music you can't get out of your head (''Be My Lover'' from their first album, Sweet Dreams). So it's apt that SOS' first single is called ''You Won't Forget Me''; the insistent beat, heavy bass line, and oft-reprised refrain should haunt club kids all summer. Too bad the remaining run-of-the-mill dance tracks and ballads are so forgettable. B- -- William Stevenson
