GAME//SPICE WORLD (Psygnosis, for PlayStation, $29.99) For most girls 8 to 12, this is heaven: dead-on 3-D cartoon versions of the Spice Girls (yes, Ginger is present; no, she doesn't storm out midway through the game), right down to Sporty's nose ring and Posh's hotter-than-thou scowl. Most fun is the dance studio: Make the Girls cavort 'n' contort to their tunes, then watch them from multiple MTV-style camera angles. There's also a mixing studio where you can rearrange bits of ''Wannabe'' and other hits, plus (for true Spice fans only) video interviews that answer such crucial questions as ''How do you dance in those shoes?'' For preteen girls: A- For the rest of us: B-
