SENSELESS Marlon Wayans, David Spade (1998, Dimension, R, $103.99) Let's make something clear right up front: There's nothing necessarily wrong with scraping the bottom of the pool. There's Something About Mary has proven that. But it helps to scrape where others have dared not scrape before, which Mary does, and which Senseless doesn't. The experimental drug injected into the buttocks (naturally) of college student Darryl Witherspoon (Wayans) magnifies all five senses. Ready to laugh out loud at really bad breath? Urine stink? Regular repetitions of the word rectal? Don't expect this movie to get more madcap than that. D
