DANCE WITH ME (PG) The story of an uptight Houston dance professional (Vanessa Williams) and the gorgeous Cuban handyman (Chay-anne), who melts her icy-cool heart when he shows his sexy ba-da-bing on the dance floor, is as predictable as an evening of Sabado Gigante. But director Randa Haines has a fine sense of salsa appeal and makes Latin nightclubbing seem like a reason to live in this seductive diversion. B
