DISHWALLA And You Think You Know What Life's About (A&M) Dishwalla continue their derivative streak on their second disc. A song like ''Stay Awake'' can't decide if it's ripping off Garbage or Nine Inch Nails, and singer J.R. Richards pops a Bono throughout. When they pull out the cheesy Top 40 stops, however, like on the ballad ''Until I Wake Up,'' they come off like a modern-rock Journey -- a guilty pleasure, but a pleasure nonetheless. C-
