On its fourth album, this British trio combines coquettish, cooing female vocals, elegant Anglo-soul grooves, and terrifically dunderheaded lyrics into 11 frothy pop-dance treats. While Good Humor lacks some of the bold juxtapositions of Saint Etienne's previous efforts, its unassuming sweetness is hard to resist. B
