Details Writer: Scott Adams; Genre: Comic Novels

There he goes again: What Dilbert creator Scott Adams calls turning ''annoying and frustrating workplace situations into healthy doses of mirth,'' publishers call a cash cow. The Joy of Work: Dilbert's Guide to Finding Happiness at the Expense of Your Co-Workers, which can be handily disguised with its reversible jacket cover as Company Loyalty: Your Key to Success by Scott Adams, Ph.D., gives the latest lowdown on how to manage your boss, laugh at the expense of your coworkers (Adams dissects the six dimensions of humor), use your cubicle for yoga practice, and sleep incognito at your desk or during a meeting (''There's always at least one person who says nothing. That person could be you''). Adams is no slouch, but his repetitive groove (this is the fourth such Dilbert book in under three years) is starting to wear a little thin. B
