Brothers Gonna Work It Out, the Chemicals' second DJ disc, assembles more than an hour of nonstop, seamlessly stitched-together snippets of old R&B, disco clap tracks, Latin beats, and random sound bites. Alternately fun and monotonous, it's little more than the world's grooviest jogging tape. B
