If the Gallagher brothers stop fighting, maybe they'll get back into the studio; until then, we'll have to make do with this odds-and-sods B-sides set. The Masterplan is startlingly inconsistent: ''Acquiesce'' is a solid rocker, while ''Listen Up'' is like a bad Xerox of their hit ''Supersonic.'' And, yeah, Oasis steal a lot from the Beatles, but enough already: The soggy live cover of ''I Am the Walrus'' included here just adds insult to injury. B-
