Filmmaker Paul Morrissey is excited that Image Entertainment has finally given a video release to the 1971 absurdist transvestite opus Women in Revolt, a product of Andy Warhol's Factory, and also to set the record straight on Women and other films billed as ''Andy Warhol Presents.'' ''Andy was not a director and not a writer,'' says Morrissey, who last directed 1988's Spike of Bensonhurst. ''He operated the camera a little bit, and he wasn't even so good at that.'' Pop goes the legend.
