After sleeping with a beautiful woman he picked up in a Denver hotel bar, ex-cop Phineas Poe awakens in a bloody, ice-filled bathtub to this note: ''If you want to live, call 911.'' Turns out the woman, Jude, stole one of his kidneys. But instead of seeking revenge, Kiss Me, Judas' strung-out, unstable Phineas improbably falls in love with her, and the kidney-toting couple play cat and mouse with a bizarre panoply of human-organ-selling lowlifes. Will Christopher Baer's scalpel-sharp noir style proves a mesmerizing lure, but it can't compensate for a hazy plot that veers from the nauseating (much gratuitous, ornately sadistic violence) to the nonsensical. C+
