The reigning queen of gospel weighs in with nontraditional pop-funk arrangements of Xmas chestnuts on Christmas With Shirley Caesar. While the settings may be a bit contemporary for Caesar's older fans, they can rejoice in her soaring, heartfelt vocals. The highlight: an uptempo ''Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,'' slammed home by a jazzily riffing horn section. B
