Not only has Mattel's Barbie Nail Designer clawed its way into the top 20, it also sits pretty at No. 5 on the usually macho games list. Maybe it's the holiday season: Nearly half the top 20 CD-ROMs are children's games and educational titles. So on the bright side, after the kids do their nails, they can learn to spell.
