THE BLACKOUT ALLSTARS ''I LIKE IT'' (Columbia) This swinging number first reared its joyous beat in the 1994 film I Like It Like That; now, thanks to its inclusion in a Burger King TV commercial, it's cracked Billboard's Hot 100. With its boundless energy, the Latin house anthem (think Tito Puente hosting an all-night rave) had to bust out of the underground eventually. Only a hopeless couch potato could possibly not like it.
