Befuddled Anglos who've accidentally tuned in to -- and stayed to enjoy -- the weekly broadcast should be equally tickled by this site, which unfolds with six photographs of rotund, jolly host Mario Kreutzberger and offers previews of upcoming shows (''Que es mas importante, el amor o el sexo?''), as well as interactive casting calls for ''ninos con talento,'' or folks who want to serve on the ominous-sounding ''Tribunal Gigante.'' You may not always understand exactly what's going on, but you get the general idea -- which is more than you can say for many English-language Net offerings. A
