BIG HEAD TODD & THE MONSTERS Beautiful World (Revolution) This Boulder, Colo., trio has perfected a beguiling blend of pop and slop on its fifth album. The funky title tune and dreamy ''Crazy Mary'' walk the line between soft melodicism and artful bone crunching, but ''Caroline'' -- a ''Kashmir'' clone -- is nothing more than an excuse for guitarist Todd Park Mohr to go riff crazy.
