FLY AWAY HOME Jeff Daniels, Anna Paquin (1996, Columbia TriStar, PG, $15.95) Just because you've had chocolate cake a zillion times before doesn't mean you don't want it again, and so it is with this family-fare recipe. The ingredients include a sad little girl (The Piano's lovely Paquin) reunited with her granola-head dad (Daniels), a flock of goslings given full Carroll Ballard (The Black Stallion) animal-calendar treatment, and not one but two packs of venal developers. When Amy takes to the air to teach her adoptive flock to fly, saving some wilderness in the bargain, it's a supremely delicious moment. Even if watched more than once, as the kids will no doubt demand. B+
