FOOLS RUSH IN (PG-13) As a corporate New York City type who prefers beers with buddies to entanglements with girls, Friends' Matthew Perry plays a weak variation on his sitcom character. A one-night stand with a sultry Mexican American chica (Salma Hayek) results in pregnancy and an impulsive marriage. The result is a stilted culture clash and a lot of monochromatically conflicted facial expressions from Perry before he's thawed by the love of an ethnic woman. C-
