Pearl's Girl, a postscript to these Brit eggheads' Second Toughest in the Infants, seems generous, but beware: Four songs are mixes of that album's ''Pearl's Girl,'' some with more beats per minute. The other five, while not essential, further Underworld's quest to make techno that's soft and fluffy — chill-out music for that rave between your ears.
