ORBITAL ''The Saint Theme'' (Virgin) Following the lead of U2's Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. (Mission: Impossible), Orbital tackle the theme of a '60s TV series (now a film of the same name). With its booming bass and skittering jungle rhythm, the British duo's tarted up techno version not only stands up to the original, but stands out as a single, all the while retaining the kitschy, retro flavor of its predecessor. B+
