When the graceful Jennifer Lopez shakes her booty in the star's signature sequined bustiers, Gregory Nava's celebratory biopic about the slain Tejano singer becomes a nice enough concert film. When, however, it teeters in the direction of hagiography, the real young woman becomes hard to find. With Edward James Olmos as Selena's ambitious father, a former musician who manages the family act. B-
