A pre-hype Matthew McConaughey gets star billing on the box of this direct-to-video dud (made in 1995), though he only shows up a few minutes before the final, bloody showdown. It's hardly worth the wait: Saturated desert colors are the only thing worth seeing in this listless, witless, pointless exercise in south-of-the-border noir. D
