BUSTED Corey Feldman, Corey Haim (1995, PM Entertainment, R, priced for rental) Renters who've kept up with Feldman's career will not be surprised, or impressed, by the man-child star-turned-self-mocking caricature's laughable directorial debut. In a plotless Porkys meets Police Academy, Feldman plays an incompetent officer in a department that has little to do but take co-ed showers and subsidize an in-house bordello -- until, that is, a busty captain arrives with different plans. Loosely tied together by bad jokes and overactive libidos, this straight-to-video ''comedy'' does provide unintentional laughs. There's Feldman in the buff (ewww!), fellow teen actor Todd Bridges as, um, a convict, and an indefensible cameo from Elliott Gould. D+
