SUPERSUCKERS Must've Been High (Sub Pop) Seattle's premier punk band abandon the familiar snarl and go country on their fifth release. Sweet vocals and acoustic guitars add down-home romance to the group's low-life-in-the-fast-lane obsessions, while songs like ''Hungover Together'' (a duet featuring the Breeders' Kelly Deal) will appeal to the trailer trash in everyone.
