Celebrity shutterbug Gary Bernstein lends his name and vast portfolio of celeb photos to DiAmar's latest installment in its fun and entertaining interactive how-to photo series, Gary Bernstein's Secrets of Professional Photography. Like the two previous titles — on exposure and composition — in the Better Photography line, Secrets offers an elegantly simple interface and tons of useful tidbits for amateurs. Flash back to the pro's enviable selection of portraits, from a glam Elizabeth Taylor to a pre-Tonight Show Jay Leno, accompanied by audio and video guidance by the photographer. Bernstein's instruction tends to be simplistic (the rule for taking better photos: practice, natch), and many of the models have that cheesy '80s gloss. Still, the disc offers more than 400 images to inspire the average point-and-shoot photographer. A-
