Remember when Wacko's dance hits were breezy and happy? Continuing in the grumpy vein of ''Jam'' and ''Scream,'' this club-designed thumper, ''Blood on the Dance Floor'' (one of five new tracks from his upcoming remix album) finds the supposedly content newlywed still seething, this time about a duplicitous woman who's ''out to get me'' and who ''got your baby/It happened fast.'' Teddy Riley's dated new-jack beats only succeed in making Michael Jackson seem more uptight. Let's just hope he doesn't use it to serenade little Prince to sleep. C
