In the 1970s, Alan Zweibel wrote snappy dialogue for his close friend, Saturday Night Live comedian Gilda Radner. After her death from cancer in 1989, he was moved to write a brief biography of their relationship, Bunny Bunny: Gilda Radner, A Sort of Love Story. Crafted with forced humor but convincing pathos, it was recently translated into an Off Broadway play. B
