American Psycho, this release by the guitarist and bass player of Lodi, N.J.'s much-covered punk band, takes up where the original Misfits left off in 1983. Their goofy formula of lyrics inspired by bad horror movies, poppy vocals, and blasting hardcore is still excellent mosh-pit fodder, and new frontman Michale Graves is a dead ringer for Glenn Danzig before he found his fortune as a heavy metal crooner.
