Pleasant, off-the-rack Brit pop: ringing guitars, whiny vocals, recycled hooks. Only the T-Rex boogie of ''Man With the X-Ray Eyes'' and the soaring ''Everything She Needs'' break out of the formulaic shell of Junior Cottonmouth. The rest of Bespoke sounds like Oasis without the attitude, which also means without the charisma. C+
