Turbulence

EW's GRADE
D-

Details With: Lauren Holly and Ray Liotta

Fasten your seat belts — it's gonna be a crummy film. When a charming serial killer (Ray Liotta) runs amok on a commercial flight to Los Angeles, killing both pilot and copilot, it's up to a plucky flight attendant (Holly) to simultaneously subdue the psycho and park the plane. Naturally, these dangerous maneuvers require her to remove her shirt. Staggeringly stupid even by action-movie standards, Turbulence boasts an IPM (improbabilities per minute) so high that by the end anything seems possible. Sure, your standards are lower at home in front of the TV set, but they're not this low. D-
